Refund policy
Returns & Refunds Policy
Last updated: 28/08/2026
This policy applies to purchases made through the Agsafe online shop at shop.agsafe.org.au . It should be read together with our Shipping Policy, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Our approach
Agsafe does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and check your order, sizes, quantities and delivery details before completing your purchase. If you are unsure about a product, contact us at shop@agsafe.org.au before you order and we will be glad to help.
This does not affect the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which we set out below and which we always honour.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These consumer guarantees apply in addition to this policy and cannot be contracted out of.
For major failures with a product, you are entitled to:
- a replacement or refund; and
- compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
A product may have a problem covered by the consumer guarantees if, for example, it:
- is faulty or has a defect;
- is not of acceptable quality;
- does not match the description or sample shown to you;
- is not fit for a purpose we told you it would be fit for, or a purpose you made known to us before purchase; or
- is unsafe.
Consumer guarantees do not apply where you simply changed your mind, found the item cheaper elsewhere, or damaged the product through misuse after delivery.
How to make a claim
If you believe a product you received is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us via email within a reasonable time (5 business days) of receiving it shop@agsafe.org.au.
Please include:
1. your order number;
2. a description of the problem; and
3. photographs of the item and, where relevant, the packaging and any damage.
We may ask you to return the item so we can assess it. Where a valid consumer-guarantee claim is confirmed, we will cover reasonable return postage costs and provide a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 business days of the claim being approved.
Items damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photographs so we can resolve it promptly. See our Shipping Policy for more detail.
Digital products and downloads
Because digital products (such as downloadable files or online resources) are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, they are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply — for example, if a digital product is faulty, not as described, or does not work as it should, contact us and we will make it right.
